How to to print your own booklet

Instructions refer to the single PDF file.

  1. You will be using five sheets of A4 paper.

  2. Select page 1. [Sheet 1 Side 1] (If the page index on the left hand side is not showing then press F5).

  3. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.

  4. Select page 2. [Sheet 1 Side 2].

  5. Insert the previously printed sheet of paper so as to print on the reverse side.

  6. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.
    You now have one sheet of paper printed on both sides.

  7. Select page 3. [Sheet 2 Side 1].

  8. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.

  9. Select page 4. [Sheet 2 Side 2].

  10. Insert the previously printed sheet of paper so as to print on the reverse side.

  11. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.
    You now have two sheets of paper printed on both sides.

  12. Select page 5. [Sheet 3 Side 1].

  13. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.

  14. Select page 6. [Sheet 3 Side 2].

  15. Insert the previously printed sheet of paper so as to print on the reverse side.

  16. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.
    You now have three sheets of paper printed on both sides.

  17. Select page 7. [Sheet 4 Side 1].

  18. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.

  19. Select page 8. [Sheet 4 Side 2].

  20. Insert the previously printed sheet of paper so as to print on the reverse side.

  21. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.
    You now have four sheets of paper printed on both sides.

  22. Select page 9. [Sheet 5 Side 1].

  23. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.

  24. Select page 10. [Sheet 5 Side 2].

  25. Insert the previously printed sheet of paper so as to print on the reverse side.

  26. In the print dialogue box - select 'Current Page', then 'Print'.
    You now have five sheets of paper printed on both sides.

  27. Cut each A4 sheet in half. see Fig 1.

  28. Discard the blank piece from the last sheet.

  29. Fold the remaining 9 pieces. see Fig 2. Make sure that they are folded with the correct pages facing! 16 to 17.  14 to 19.  12 to 21.  10 to 23.  'Travel Always' to 25.  'Station Plan' to 27.  4 to 29.  'Senior Service' to 21.  'Worth Noting' to 'A W Handrell'.

  30. Put them in order, staple or stitch.
